Shake up the way you use your muscles and get the small muscle groups involved in your workout. Learn how to internally contract to make your effort maximized. 6:00 pm: HIGH Fitness (HG/AH) HIGH transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, Plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. |
August 20, 2024(4 events) 6:00 am: Adult Acceleration (IHC) (Multi Gym) Using innovative exercises to improve core, balance, strength, and muscle tone. Each session includes a twist of sport conditioning! Taught by the Intermountain Sports Performance Training Team. 6:00 am: HIGH Fitness (JS,JC,Jess) (Aerobics Room) HIGH transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, Plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. 7:15 am: Yoga Energy & Balance (SD) Breathe, stretch and perform yoga poses that will balance your body rhythms and create a calm that will energize you throughout the day! 8:05 pm: Warm Flow Yoga (Mindy S) Warm power yoga flow Come get your Zen on with a good mix of stretching, meditation and peak poses to build some heat and tone. This class starts with minor breath work and ends with meditation with heat building power poses in between. With modifications and more challenging options cued throughout, this class is designed for both the beginner and advanced yogis looking to improve the body, mind and spirit! |

August 23, 2024(4 events) 5:00 am: UpBeat Pilates (HS) Upbeat Pilates Is a high-energy mat class that utilizes traditional Pilates elements and equipment is a full body, consistent, and sweaty workout that leaves no muscle behind. 6:00 am: Spin Interval Ride (LL) Cross train while you spin down flat roads. Take a few jumps and roll over hills. An all terrain workout that will challenge your heart rate. 7:15 am: Tone & Define (PG) This class is for you if you want an upbeat & fun full body workout that focuses on toning & sculpting major muscle groups, while increasing cardiovascular fitness with anaerobic exercises. All abilities welcome 9:15 am: HIIT (CC) Cardio training that incorporates short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. Improves performance while building muscle to burn fat. |
