Camp FITKIDS
Summer Camp Information
Join us for a fun and engaging youth fitness camp! This camp is designed to be an introduction to health and fitness beyond what your child does in school and sports. Throughout the camp, participants will learn different exercises, proper form, and techniqe to build a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Our highly skilled trainer, Chelsie Campbell, has a wealth of knowledge and experience designing safe and effective workouts for youth.
Registration: April 21 until full
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Ages: 8-12
Place: Aerobics Room @ Smithfield Rec. Center
Fee: $35 per session
Dates:
Session 1: June 3-12
Session 2: July 8-17
