Program Information
Learn the fundamentals of Cross Country during our summer morning, co-ed program. Participants will learn running form, strategy, and build a foundation for distance running. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in at least two meets. Age is determined as of August 9, 2023.
Registration:
Early Bird- May 27 – June 23
General Reg.- June 24 – July 7
Season: July 8 – August 7
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Time: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
Ages: 9 -14 years old
Location: Forrester Acres (100 N. 500 W.)

Events: One Mile, Two Mile, & 5K
