Program Information

Learn the fundamentals of Cross Country during our summer morning, co-ed program. Participants will learn running form, strategy, and build a foundation for distance running. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in at least two meets. Age is determined as of August 8, 2025.

Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Ages: 9 -14 years old
