Pump will give you the moves, music, and motivation to get strong, toned, and lean as you work all the major muscle groups in one efficient class. 6:00 am: Tone & Define (LL) Boost your metabolism while reshaping your body with this strength training class. Class will use body bars, free weights and/or body balls. 7:15 am: Muscle Mania (SD) Tone and define your body with a variety of moves using surfboards, body bands, weights and kickboxing. Shake up the way you use your muscles and get the small muscle groups involved in your workout. Learn how to internally contract to make your effort maximized. 9:15 am: Boot Camp (LR) This circuit training class will challenge the whole body as you use a variety of techniques to improve overall strength and endurance. This class will use body bars, free weights and/or stability balls, sliders, straps and bands. Also, using Rowers as the cardio portion of the circuit.

All fitness levels welcome. 6:00 pm: RapidFit (LR) AMRAP style muscle building & toning class that combines blocks of strength training, body weight exercises, resistance training, and cardio to help you burn calories and boost your metabolism. 7:00 pm: Combo Step (AH/HG) – This is a version of a step class built with a warmup, 2-3 combinations that we teach one at a time at the pace of the class and then a leg burn out and cool down at the end! 8:05 pm: Warm Flow Yoga (Mindy S) Warm power yoga flow Come get your Zen on with a good mix of stretching, meditation and peak poses to build some heat and tone. This class starts with minor breath work and ends with meditation with heat building power poses in between. Class will use body bars, free weights and/or body balls. 7:15 am: Muscle Mania (SD) Tone and define your body with a variety of moves using surfboards, body bands, weights and kickboxing. Shake up the way you use your muscles and get the small muscle groups involved in your workout. Learn how to internally contract to make your effort maximized. 9:15 am: Boot Camp (LR) This circuit training class will challenge the whole body as you use a variety of techniques to improve overall strength and endurance. This class will use body bars, free weights and/or stability balls, sliders, straps and bands. Also, using Rowers as the cardio portion of the circuit.
