Boot Camp (CC) 1st & 3rd (LR) 2nd & 4th

This circuit training class will challenge the whole body as you use a variety of techniques to improve overall strength and endurance. This class will use body bars, free weights and/or stability balls, sliders, straps and bands. Also, using Rowers as the cardio portion of the circuit.

Chelsie will teach on the 1st, 3rd & 5th weeks

Lisa will teach on the 2nd and 4th weeks
