Program Information
Learn the fundamentals of Cross Country during our summer morning, co-ed program. Participants will learn running form, strategy, and build a foundation for distance running. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in at least two meets. Age is determined as of August 5, 2026.
This program is conducted by Sky View High School in conjunction with the Smithfield Recreation Center. For more information contact John Womack at jwomac03@gmail.com.
